Discover the pleasure of making delicious handmade ravioli with two distinct fillings: a seasonal selection and a creamy ricotta and pear, all paired with a rich brown butter and sage sauce!

What You'll Make: You'll first begin by making your fresh pasta dough from scratch. While the dough rests, your Chef Instructor will walk you through how to make your ricotta and pear filling. Then you'll learn how to use a pasta machine to roll the dough into thin sheets and the secret to cutting, filling, and sealing each ravioli.

Next up, chef will show you how to make a delicious brown butter and sage sauce that will surely impress your next dinner guests! No Experience Is Required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
